hey all my group after a long absences from playing 40k are picking up this edition and to cut to the chase, I'm going to be collecting Tyranids. firstly my regular opponents will be Orks, Blood Angels (with a strong death company element), Dark Angels (with a strong raven wing element) and Tau.

having not played 40k since Second Edition let alone with neds before, I'm looking for some does and don'ts Cheesy cheers!

there is supposedly another tyranid release coming which will have kits for some of the heavy support choices so you don't have to convert them.

also hive tyrant is a good start, trygon is almost a must.

what is your preferece, lots of big bugs or lots of small bugs?

Vegetarians should eat bacon though. Not because I'm trying to force them to give up their pointless struggle against the true omnivorous way, but because bacon is made of win and awesome. -TOF-
