Well, they're more balancing, but not too changing, overall a good job, I especially like the 2D6" scatter for guess range weapons, making them less powerfull.

Not really...you don't need to guess anymore to make up for that...

Took me so long to download, and even longer to read, but I kinda like it.  Guess range weapons have always been my bane, so now I'll be a little more protected.  Unfortunately, I fear that my DE will be constanly bailing out of their raiders...

I'm afraid guess weapons got quite a bit better, to me at least. They don't even need to guess anymore and they still have a 1/3 chance of it landing right on you...

I just saw the no guessing part, guess I skipped it the first time, so this makes them a little better, and if you roll a scatter, you'll probably clip half the unit anyway.

My favorite new rule is that the center part of the template has to be over the vehicle or else it's half strength.  It really frustrated me that they could point a Lemun Russ Battle Tank at my Rhino and even if it scattered 6" it still hit and destroyed my vehicles.

I think these new rules are great, and as close to being perfectly balanced as the rules have been for a long time. I really like the fact that they more or less crippled the "Rhino Rush" tactic, by making it illegal to assault out of a moving vehicle. This really does make the game a bit more fair and balanced.

I agree with DevilUnicorn - it's good that they crippled the rhino rush. Overall, with the new assault and vehicle rules the game seems much more balanced.
