Thank you Dracos. Im not really sure what my plan is, but i will take your ideas in. Can you get like a jetbike wiht heavy weapon on it? I plan to have quite a lot of jetbikes. Maybe....i dunno! Decisions, Decisions.

You can get jetbikes with a shuriken cannon (eldar version of the assault cannon) although not al jetbikes can have one.  There are also vipers, which can take the bigger guns.  
If you like bikes, you can try the Saim Hann (sp?) army list which allows 6 fast attack choices instead of troops choices (!).  You could grab some dire avengers in falcons or wave serpents to have a super fast army with a bit of infantry and heavy support as well.
